Shipping Method and Time:

woodmodelship ships orders via UPS, FedEx or U.S. Postal Service whenever possible.

Allow 24–48 hours for order processing, plus 1–5 business days once merchandise leaves our warehouse.

P.O. Box Recipient:
Shipments going to P.O. Boxes must be shipped by Priority Mail and will be charged actual Priority Mail rates plus $3.00 handling.

Additional Postal Services Charge:
Appropriate charge will be add to Shipping & Handling cost for special service such as:
A.O.D. / P.O.D. / C.O.D. / Address Correction / Fuel Surcharge / $.35 for each additional value over $100 thereafter…etc.

Back order:
The back order products will be charged shipping and handling as new order.

International Shipping & Handling:
All shipping charges, duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any), are the solely responsible of the recipient and woodmodelship. Any refused shipments that get returned to woodmodelship will be billed for all of these fees going and coming.

We verify all credit card info on International orders before shipping.
The cardholder’s name, billing and shipping address on all International orders must match the billing address on the credit card. We can't ship your order until this information is verified by your issuing bank. This process can delay your order, depending on the response time from your issuing bank.

Some Air Packages can get expensive to ship, we will charge actual shipping cost from the lowest carrier rate.
