Confidential Information:
During the course of business between JTT Woodmodelship.com and you, the fulfillment customer, JTT Woodmodelship.com may disclose certain confidential and proprietary information (the Confidential Information) to you. Confidential information shall include all data, materials, products, inventory information, technology, computer programs, specifications, manuals, business plans, software, marketing plans, financial information, and other information disclosed or submitted, orally, in writing, or by any other media. Nothing herein shall require JTT Woodmodelship.com to disclose any of its information.

Fulfillment Customers Obligations:
1) You agree that the Confidential Information is to be considered confidential and proprietary to JTT Woodmodelship.com and you shall hold the same in confidence and shall not use the Confidential Information other than for the purposes of your sales with your customers. You will not disclose, publish, or otherwise reveal any of the Confidential Information received from JTT Woodmodelship.com to any other party whatsoever.

2) Confidential Information furnished in tangible form shall not be duplicated by you or any of your employees except for purposes of this Agreement. Upon the request of JTT Woodmodelship.com, you must return all Confidential Information received in written or tangible form, including copies or reproductions or other media containing such Confidential Information, within (10) days of such request.

General Provisions:
1) JTT Woodmodelship.com is not responsible in any way for any type of erroneous data, your use of our services, or any other activity of JTT Woodmodelship.com relating to JTT Woodmodelship.com' fulfillment of your orders.
2) You will comply with all applicable present and future country, international, federal, state, county, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations, including laws constructed for direct marketing avenues via Internet sales.

3. YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In consideration of your use of the service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or JTT Woodmodelship.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, JTT Woodmodelship.com has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service (or any portion thereof).

4. JTT WOODMODELSHIP SOURCE PRIVACY POLICY
Registration Data and certain other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy. We will not release any of the information you provide to JTT Woodmodelship.com to any outside agency or affiliate unless required by law. All information will be held in complete confidence between you and JTT Woodmodelship.com.

5. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Registration Application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify JTT Woodmodelship.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) you agree not to access the Service by any means other than through the interface that is provided by JTT Woodmodelship.com for use in accessing the Service. JTT Woodmodelship.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 5.
